Ranja has been teaching yoga for ten years, recently with a focus on Yin yoga and yoga Nidra. She founded the Yogastudio City in Munich together with Patrick Broome, and regularly gives classes there, as well as at training courses, retreats and conferences. Ranja did her yoga training with Lara Baumann (Quantum yoga), Biff Mithoefer (Yin yoga) and Mestre De Rose (Swasthya yoga). In recent years her classes have been influenced by teachers such as Biff Mithoefer, Krishnatakis and Patrick Broome, but also her intensive interest in the traditional healing methods of South America. For her, yoga is a path to higher consciousness, and the ability to perceive oneself beyond concepts or judgement. And to feel that everything is connected. This doesn’t necessarily lead immediately to “enlightenment”, but in any case to more tolerance, empathy and love.

Sandra Rainalter

Sandra Rainalter

For Sandra, yoga is primarily a way to dive deeper into yourself through conscious observation of your own thoughts, shed off all layers of emotion that are not required, and live more of the true essence of being.

Sandra Rainalter

Before Sandra decided to go to India to study yoga she worked as a Dipl. Ing. (FH) interior architect in Munich and Auckland, New Zealand. She has practised yoga for a long time, and it has often helped her to find herself. For Sandra, yoga is primarily a way to dive deeper into yourself through conscious observation of your own thoughts, shed off all layers of emotion that are not required, and live more of the true essence of being. To deepen this process, she likes to use essential oils during her yoga classes. Her guiding principle: “You are not accidental. The world needs you. Without you, something will be missing in existence and nobody can replace it.” (Osho)
