Cataleya Fay is a devoted singer, musician, yoga teacher and certified dance and movement teacher. She brings people closer to themselves in a loving and humorous way, through song and music as well as the associated practice. Her current, fourth, album “Soham” was released in September 2018.

Elisabeth Mauracher, Managing Director of the European Ayurveda Resorts, is a trained Yoga Alliance yoga teacher – she is passionate about Flow Yoga, mindfulness exercises and meditation. She also gives advice on energetic Vastu smoking. Dr Sharma is a trained Ayurveda specialist with a doctoral degree and works as a trained Ayurveda practitioner at the Ayurveda Resort Sonnhof.
Esh Loh has studied music and composition, and is the founder of Tala Yoga & Yoga Piano. He is one of the most well-known yoga teachers in Germany, uniquely combining yoga with his own musical compositions. He aims to deeply touch people through Tala Yoga and his music, inspiring them with to lead a self-determined and conscious life with his lived philosophy. Andreas lives in Berlin and holds workshops, retreats and teacher training throughout Europe, as well as playing emotive solo piano concerts.
Hie has been a yoga teacher since 2009, teaching at Inside Yoga in Frankfurt as well as holding workshops and yoga teacher trainings on tour. He aims to give as many people as possible an understanding of authentic yoga, and make the world a more relaxed place. Hie is firmly established in the German-speaking yoga world. He has a strong presence as a yoga teacher for ORF Yoga magazine, a senior teacher at Inside Yoga and through his sponsorship by ASICS. Despite this he still manages to teach yoga almost every day and has found his voice as a humorous, empathetic teacher.
After his training at the Ballet School New York and during his long dance career, Jack was able to experience the effects of yoga first hand. As a warm-up, relaxation and remedy against stress and injury. The joy of movement in dance came together with the meditative consciousness of yoga. Out of this process he developed his own fusion: Anandansa® (Yoga Dance). His yoga teacher training was completed in Prana Flow® and Anusara®. He is constantly expanding his knowledge, including with dance meditation, yoga therapy and Hatha Yoga.

Florian incorporates his passion for music and endurance sport into his yoga classes. In 2008, together with Birgit Gauriananda Pöltl, he founded the Yogazentrum Moedling, where he often teaches. As well as this he also holds workshops and trainings in Europe and Asia, is co-founder of the yoga magazine “yoga.ZEIT”, and since 2015 has been co-organised with Birgit Pöltl of the Yoga Planet yoga trade fair.
Klaudia started her yoga career more than 10 years ago, initially as a hobby, and has intensified her practice over the years. In 2017 she decided to turn her hobby into her job and completed 200 hours of Hatha yoga teacher training on Bali. This was followed by Yin Yoga training and qualification as a nutritional trainer. Klaudia is happy to integrate her knowledge about the topic of health into her yoga sessions. Since 2018 she has been running YOGARIA (www.yogaria.at), a yoga studio in Vienna.
Libby has devoted her life to dance, acrobatics and music. She has been a yoga teacher since 2003 and in 2007 received certification as a Jivamukti teacher from Sharon Gannon and David Life. Since then she has taught in the USA and Europe. In 2011 she founded Love Yoga in Kufstein, where she teaches regularly. In her sessions she caters to the abilities of each student, though the focus remains on alignment and flow. It is her intention that the students work on their breathing and intuition, focus their inner strength, and can therefore control what their physical body can achieve.
Having the courage to leave your comfort zone, face up to challenges, and trust in the flow of life - that’s what yoga means to Lisa. Her deep love for the art of movement, personal development, getting in touch with yourself, coming closer, peace and questioning are all reflected in her sessions.
Sharing information and creating stimuli, motivating, supporting and building up; that’s what I see as my tasks in accompanying fasting. But also giving people the space and peace they need to get in touch with themselves during inner reflection. As well as the shared and celebrated fasting week, re-entry into everyday life is also very important to me. Giving stimuli to rethink and possibly change ingrained patterns is as much a part of fasting as the experience of a natural way of life.

Every spare minute that Lisa spends in nature gives her strength and energy to recharge her batteries. Practicing yoga helps you listen to your inner voice and combine it with intuition.

Over the years, Martina has created a naturopathy practice for holistic health and wellness at KraftQuelle Kitzbühel. She allows approaches from traditional Chinese medicine and yoga therapy flow into her sessions, which consider all the pillars of health. Amongst other things, Martina teaches Ashtanga Yoga Innovation© and Yin Elements. She shares experiences from her own yoga practice as well as her training with Dr Ronald Steiner & Anna Trökes with her students, always on equal footing and in the form of meditation in motion.
Mitali Akal Nampret
As the daughter of an Indian guru, she had her first profound interactions with yoga, mantras and meditation before she was even born. A trained Kundalini Yoga teacher in the tradition of Yogi Bhajan, her transformational classes let Mitali help her students awaken their inner energy. Mitali sees her main purpose as teaching yoga techniques that will help her students release blockages, encourage hidden potential, and find a way to deeper inner strength and balance.
In Jivamukti yoga, Monika found her calling as well as the inspiration to dive deeper into asana practice and philosophical aspects. Robert started to embrace his lifelong passions for martial arts & music at around the same time when he was only 7 years old. He has also been involved extensively in yoga and Indian philosophy since his youth. He plays in the US-American post-hardcore band BOYSETSFIRE.
Before deciding to go to India to learn yoga, I worked as an interior designer in Munich and overseas. I have been practising yoga for a long time and it has often helped me get back in touch with myself in a variety of life situations. I love working with essential oils from doTERRA during my yoga sessions as it intensifies the transformational processes. The oils are a valuable tool when dealing with our emotions. We should all regularly find our way back to our true selves.
