Caro’s motto is: “Hang loose – let your liquid spirit flow!” Her relaxed, chilled sessions feature smooth movements and flowing transitions. With over 20 years of teaching experience she brings her flow to everything, regardless of whether it’s a mat on land or a SUP board. She comes from Coburg in northern Bavaria and has a background in dance and gymnastics.

Elisabeth Mauracher & Dr Gaurav Sharma
Elisabeth Mauracher, Managing Director of the European Ayurveda Resorts, is a trained Yoga Alliance yoga teacher – she is passionate about Flow Yoga, mindfulness exercises and meditation. She also gives advice on energetic Vastu smoking. Dr Sharma is a trained Ayurveda specialist with a doctoral degree and works as a trained Ayurveda practitioner at the Ayurveda Resort Sonnhof.
Esh Loh has studied music and composition, and is the founder of Tala Yoga & Yoga Piano. He is one of the most well-known yoga teachers in Germany, uniquely combining yoga with his own musical compositions. He aims to deeply touch people through Tala Yoga and his music, inspiring them with to lead a self-determined and conscious life with his lived philosophy.
Hie has been a yoga teacher since 2009, teaching at Inside Yoga in Frankfurt as well as holding workshops and yoga teacher trainings on tour. He aims to give as many people as possible an understanding of authentic yoga, and make the world a more relaxed place. Hie is firmly established in the German-speaking yoga world. He has a strong presence as a yoga teacher for ORF Yoga magazine, a senior teacher at Inside Yoga and through his sponsorship by ASICS.
After his training at the Ballet School New York and during his long dance career, Jack was able to experience the effects of yoga first hand. His yoga teacher training was completed in Prana Flow® and Anusara®. He is constantly expanding his knowledge, including with dance meditation, yoga therapy and Hatha Yoga.
Jasmin has been practising yoga since around 2001, and teaching it since 2014: Hatha yoga, hormone yoga, prenatal yoga, mother-baby yoga and yoga for cancer patients. My aim is to achieve more vitality, energy and well-being through yoga!
Florian incorporates his passion for music and endurance sport into his yoga classes. In 2008, together with Birgit Gauriananda Pöltl, he founded the Yogazentrum Moedling, where he often teaches. As well as this he also holds workshops and trainings in Europe and Asia, is co-founder of the yoga magazine “yoga.ZEIT”, and since 2015 has been co-organised with Birgit Pöltl of the Yoga Planet yoga trade fair.
Kati Mairhofer is a yoga and mental health coach, sports scientist, and influencer. For me, yoga does more than just change your body through increased strength and flexibility. If you find the right yoga style (and teacher) for you, and practice regularly, then yoga also has a particular influence on the way you handle yourself and your own body, as well as your overall consciousness, in an amazing way.
Kirbanu is an Australian musician, voice trainer, yoga teacher and self-development coach who lives in Germany. After giving more than 600 concerts over the past 7 years, many in combination with yoga, and also now teaching voice workshops around the world, she recognises the need for clear and confident self-expression that is in harmony with the body, spirit, heart and soul.
Klaudia started her yoga career more than 10 years ago, initially as a hobby, and has intensified her practice over the years. In 2017 she decided to turn her hobby into her job and completed 200 hours of Hatha yoga teacher training on Bali. This was followed by Yin Yoga training and qualification as a nutritional trainer. Klaudia is happy to integrate her knowledge about the topic of health into her yoga sessions.
Sharing information and creating stimuli, motivating, supporting and building up; that’s what I see as my tasks in accompanying fasting. But also giving people the space and peace they need to get in touch with themselves during inner reflection. As well as the shared and celebrated fasting week, re-entry into everyday life is also very important to me.
Let go & flourish - for Lisa the best place to do this is her favourite spots at home. Her "Heaven on earth" is the mountains. Every spare minute that Lisa spends in nature gives her strength and energy to recharge her batteries. Practicing yoga helps you listen to your inner voice and combine it with intuition.
Marcel Clementi is a trained 500h multi style yoga teacher. I travelled to India numerous times to learn more about yoga and meditation, and to make my passion into my job. I now teach classes, workshops and retreats around the world as a multi style teacher in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Power Yoga, and Yin Yoga.
Margit & Peter
Peter and Margit are trained shiatsu practitioners and certified yoga teachers. Their yoga teacher training was completed at Cameron Shayne Budokon University. They teach Mix Yoga Art, which they developed using various styles and their anatomical background knowledge. This combination of shiatsu therapist knowledge and yoga teacher lets them precisely examine the alignment of the various asanas. For everyone who’s prepared to make a change and wants to grow.
Over the years, Martina has created a naturopathy practice for holistic health and wellness at KraftQuelle Kitzbühel. She allows approaches from traditional Chinese medicine and yoga therapy flow into her sessions, which consider all the pillars of health. Amongst other things, Martina teaches Ashtanga Yoga Innovation© and Yin Elements. She shares experiences from her own yoga practice as well as her training with Dr Ronald Steiner & Anna Trökes with her students, always on equal footing and in the form of meditation in motion.
In Jivamukti yoga, Monika found her calling as well as the inspiration to dive deeper into asana practice and philosophical aspects. The certified Jivamukti teacher combines physically challenging exercises with music, relaxation and meditation, flavoured with a pinch of humour, life experience and philosophy. Since 2015 she has regularly taught in her studio “Yoga Raum” (Yoga Room). Monika aims to inspire as many people as possible with yoga, regardless of their age or prior knowledge.
The globally orientated Tyrolean with universal understanding is an independent Raja Yogi. Thanks to profound experiences, including in India, his awareness for how yoga can be realistically transposed and developed in the European area, without ideological suggestions, has grown steadily. His direct teachings convey a motivation for everyone to find their own path.
Before deciding to go to India to learn yoga, I worked as an interior designer in Munich and overseas. I love working with essential oils from doTERRA during my yoga sessions as it intensifies the transformational processes. The oils are a valuable tool when dealing with our emotions. We should all regularly find our way back to our true selves.

Tanja Seehofer and Yann Kuhlmann: Together they are DJAYA – Yoga and sound healing! Tanja is a Yin Yoga expert, consciousness researcher, trained institution, mental and wingwave coach (including trauma therapy) and relaxation therapist. Yann Kuhlmann is a composer, producer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist.
Verena Devta Sangeet
Verena Devta Sangeet has been enchanting people with her sounds since 2015. She knows exactly what power sounds can have and thus addresses her clients across the entire musical spectrum. In her work with sound, Verena Devta Sangeet recognised the unbelievably intense effect of sound and developed the Ayurvedic Marma Sound Therapy in her Ayurveda & Yoga Therapy practice. She uses this unique concept in online 1:1 SOUNDHEALING to work on the human energy system.
